Conveyancing Legal Secretary

**Job Summary**

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to a new solicitor in a high street law firm in Solihull Town Centre.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to a solicitor handling residential conveyancing files
* Assist with the preparation of documents and correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders

**Requirements**

* Experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary
* Ability to commute to Solihull 5 days a week
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
