Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to a new solicitor joining our firm in Solihull Town Centre.
The role will involve:
- Providing administrative support to a solicitor in a residential conveyancing practice
- Assisting with the preparation of conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Working closely with the solicitor to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of conveyancing services
Requirements:
- Experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or in a similar role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
