Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to a new solicitor joining our firm in Solihull Town Centre.

The role will involve:

  • Providing administrative support to a solicitor in a residential conveyancing practice
  • Assisting with the preparation of conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Working closely with the solicitor to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of conveyancing services

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or in a similar role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
