About the Role

Norse Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team. As a Casual Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out basic cleaning duties, including mopping, hoovering, wiping down, and emptying bins.
  • Build relationships with clients and staff on site.
  • Conduct routine checks and follow health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Report any issues or defects on site.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience.
  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative.
