French Account Executive Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client's team as a French Account Executive. As a key member of the Customer Service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and quotations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their enquiries and resolving any issues efficiently
  • Provide excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective customer interaction
  • Work collaboratively with the senior team to resolve complex customer issues and provide support as needed
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Customer Service department by assisting with other tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a busy and demanding environment
  • Commercial awareness and ability to multitask with confident organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous experience of Oracle would be advantageous but not essential
