Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at Teaching Personnel.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support the lead teacher in delivering high-quality early years education, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
  • Observe and record children's progress, reporting back to the lead teacher.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's learning journey.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a nursery or school setting is essential.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Relevant qualifications in early years education are desirable.
