About the Role

X4 Communications is seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Medical Writer to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Communications department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality medical content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Lead the development of a wide range of medical content, including sales aids, training modules, reports, and slide kits.
  • Content Review and Editing: Ensure that all content is accurate, clear, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough literature searches to stay up-to-date on the latest medical evidence and insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our best practices, protocols, and guidance documents.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of winning proposals and slide kits to support new business opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality templates and deliverables that meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in medical writing for a Senior role or 5+ years for a Principal role.
  • Medical Writing Guidelines: Deep knowledge of medical writing guidelines and standards.
  • Document Management: Experience managing multiple document types and formats.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Ability to create high-quality reports that are both scientifically rigorous and engaging.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading skills and a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and reference management systems.
