About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team in Compass Group UK&I. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality food services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing the kitchen operations, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. To achieve this, you will work closely with our chefs, kitchen staff, and suppliers to maintain efficient supply chains and ensure seamless service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective kitchen management strategies to meet customer needs and expectations
• Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations, including meal production, waste management, and equipment maintenance
• Work closely with other departments to resolve any operational issues or concerns
