Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Salesforce Team. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Salesforce Development Team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure team success.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage the team's workload to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions within Salesforce, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with development teams and IT groups to optimize the end-to-end process, including monitoring and deployment.
- Investigate and resolve issues identified during testing, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and integration.
- Salesforce Certified Developer certification.
- Proven experience in managing a team, including performance management and coaching.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing in Salesforce.
