Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Family Support Specialist. You will be responsible for working with children in need, their families, and professionals to provide support and guidance.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify their needs.
  • Developing and implementing effective plans that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Attending court proceedings and providing evidence to support the well-being of children.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and professionals to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. HPC Registration.
  2. At least 1-2 years post-qualification experience within the UK social care industry.
  3. An enhanced DBS/CRB check (we can assist with obtaining this).
  4. Eligibility to work in the UK.
