Job Summary:
Oxford Health seeks a highly motivated Community Health Associate to join its 0-19 Children's and Young People Public Health Service. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to work with children, young people, and families in the West Locality, promoting their physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

In this role, you will contribute to the safe and effective delivery of the 0-19 service, working alongside the wider team to promote children's health and wellbeing. You will identify health, social, or developmental concerns at the earliest opportunity and contribute to the aim for all children to have the best possible start in life.

The post holder will work with children 0-8 years, implementing and evaluating episodes/packages of care according to individual needs. You will also run parenting groups and deliver individual and group developmental reviews, adhering to Safeguarding policies. An estimated salary for this position is £24,907 - £30,451 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written. A NNEB OR NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education OR BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development OR NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development qualification is essential.
