Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Governance Specialist to join our team at MCS Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial and governance services to support the organisation's strategic and statutory aims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver finance, procurement, payroll, audit, and other financial processes aligned with best practices and government guidelines.
- Contribute to annual budget setting and forecasting exercises, adhering to organisational and departmental timetables.
- Prepare financial reports, monitor expenditures, cash flows, and complete monthly reconciliations for accuracy within the Balance Sheet.

Requirements:
- A fully qualified member of an accountancy body (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- At least two years of post-qualification experience in an accounting or finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
