Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and guidance to the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Management: Manage, support, and develop a team of engineers to achieve project deliverables, including setting goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical expertise in DFT, including staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and manufacturing, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, to ensure that project deliverables are met.
- Problem-Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and project-related issues, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a relevant subject.
- Desirable: Project management experience/qualification.
- Technical Skills: Experience in developing and presenting technical white papers, engaging with customers during the business development cycle, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Management Skills: Experience in empowering, delegating, and developing teams of people to deliver on projects, including setting goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in influencing technical direction, coaching and mentoring others to improve performance, and evaluating issues, constructingively challenging, and developing a team to resolve complex problems.
