About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Line Operator to join our team at a specialist company in Kendal. The role is permanent, with immediate starts available for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong communication skills. While previous production experience is not required, the ability to learn quickly and follow strict health and safety procedures is essential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for operating machinery, feeding machines, quality checking finished items, and performing basic routine maintenance checks. They will also need to lift heavy objects and use lifting equipment safely.

The company offers a competitive salary of £32,500 per annum, paid from day one. Working hours are 4 x 12hr shifts on a continental pattern, including two days of 7am-7pm and two nights of 7pm-7am, with four days off.
