Unlock Your Sales Potential
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Colchester. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing daily and weekly supply of our products into major retailers, driving sales growth and expanding our market share.
About the Role
- No Cold Calling - You will work closely with our Field Sales Managers to build relationships with retailers and identify opportunities for growth.
- Market Analysis - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze market trends and identify gaps in our product offerings.
- Sales Growth - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase product availability.
- Customer Relationships - Manage and influence customer relationships at a store level, working collaboratively to achieve results.
What We Offer
- A starting basic salary between £27,000 to £30,000 (based on experience).
- A fully expensed company car.
- Quarterly and yearly bonus.
- Daily lunch allowance.
- A fantastic pension scheme with Kellanova doubling your contribution.
- 53rd week payment (an extra week's pay in December).
- Flexible working and summer hours.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good energy, motivation, and a desire to win.
- Passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Experience in sales or a similar role.
- A full UK driver's license.
