Overview:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a talented and motivated Residential Property Legal Specialist to become a vital part of our innovative law firm, which is redefining standards in the real estate sector.

Detailed Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel in various residential property transactions. Your role will involve:

  • Offering expert legal guidance in all aspects of residential property dealings, including acquisitions, sales, transfers, and leasing agreements.
  • Drafting and evaluating legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and property deeds.
  • Conducting thorough due diligence and property searches to ensure adherence to regulations and to identify potential challenges.
  • Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Representing clients in negotiations and legal matters as necessary.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in property law and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in residential property law.
  • In-depth understanding of property law and procedures, including Land Registry protocols and applicable regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clarify complex legal issues to clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven track record of managing a caseload and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with case management systems and relevant software applications.
  • A proactive, client-centered approach, dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
