Job Summary

Residential Property Fee Earner - A dynamic and innovative law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice and support in all residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers, and leases. You will draught and review legal documents, conduct due diligence and property searches, and manage a caseload of residential property transactions. You will also represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings, stay up to date with changes in property law and regulations, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Provide expert legal advice and support in residential property matters
  • Draught and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Conduct due diligence and property searches to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring efficient and timely completion
  • Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings
  • Stay up to date with changes in property law and regulations
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property law. You will have strong knowledge of property law and procedures, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and exceptional attention to detail. You will also have proven ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and experience using case management systems and other relevant software.
