Senior Audit Manager

At Federal Management System, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Manager to join our Asset Management practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional audit services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a major point of contact for clients and partners, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their businesses.
  • Identify and recognize business opportunities with new clients and inform partners accordingly.
  • Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate employees, including participating in graduate recruitment and ensuring job appraisal documentation is completed on time.
  • Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales, identifying opportunities for additional billings.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
  • Experience of clients within the asset management sector.
  • Working knowledge of financial products and issues regarding advice and regulation, including anti-money laundering.
  • Experience of systems/controls testing as well as substantive auditing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts, and disclosures.
  • Project Management experience.
