Job Title: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in the Northeast of England. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and corporate real estate management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to sites across the Northeast of England to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ensure that all environmental conditions are maintained at optimal levels and that all plant and equipment are in good working order.
  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks to all mechanical and electrical systems, including electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Identify and report any defects or issues with plant and equipment, and implement corrective actions to prevent future problems.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with CBRE staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Good basic education and basic mathematics skills.
  • CITY AND GUILDS qualification in a relevant field.
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service and able to work under pressure.
  • Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg.
  • Able to ascend and descend vertical access equipment and work at heights.
  • Good PC skills and knowledge of building services systems and maintenance schedules.
