Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage all aspects of e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless execution of our Fulfilment-as-a-Service platform.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implementing changes that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and drive accountability.

In this role, you will work closely with our Founder and other members of the team to drive strategic decisions and implement operational improvements. Your ability to analyze complex problems, think creatively, and communicate effectively will be essential in achieving our goals.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Operations, E-commerce, Warehouse or related field.
  • Flexible to travel in the UK (and outside) to visit warehouses.
  • Ability to understand new concepts rapidly and react in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do, never-give-up attitude.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous stock options, flexible working arrangements, unlimited holidays, pension scheme, mental health support, and a free Headspace subscription.
