Education and Wellbeing Practitioner

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Education Mental Health Practitioner/Children's Wellbeing Practitioner to work within our Lichfield & Tamworth Mental Health Support Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and delivering outcome-focused interventions, supporting schools in developing whole-school approaches to mental health, and working with children, young people, and their families to achieve agreed outcomes.
Key Requirements
Applicants must possess a qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner/Children's Wellbeing Practitioner qualification and have completed the CYP IAPT approved training in Evidence-Based Psychological Treatment for Children and Young People. A teaching qualification and experience working with children and young people who have social, emotional, and/or behavioural difficulties are also required.
