Support Stage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Stage Manager to join our Entertainment team at Butlin's. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical entertainment delivery, including coordinating the LX/AV, Sound and Stage teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the consistent smooth running of technical entertainment delivery
- Coordinate the LX/AV, Sound and Stage teams
- Support with leading and coordinating training for the team
- Maintain, clean and stock all technical areas, including props, sets, pyrotechnics, dressing rooms and artiste support materials
- Support the Stage Manager with scheduling
- Maintain strict health and safety procedures
- Develop a robust cover programme for the operation of shows
- Create succession planning for technical team development
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for delivering high-quality entertainment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be innovative and able to identify areas for improvement. They will also have experience in stage management and the ability to work across all of our Family breaks, Big Weekenders and Conferences.
Requirements:
- 2 years stage managerial experience
- Ability to work across all of our Family breaks, Big Weekenders and Conferences
