Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the financial department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing and processing financial reports
  • Performing data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative experience in a financial role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
