We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented leader to drive the seamless execution of creative projects, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient collaboration across various teams. This role will play a pivotal part in overseeing the creative production pipeline, from concept development to final delivery.

  1. Project Management Expertise:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for creative initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing streamlined processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the creative production pipeline. You will manage day-to-day creative capacity and workflows, allocating creative resources appropriately to meet project demands and deadlines.

  1. Creative Capacity Management:
  • Oversee intake of all creative requests across EU Stores, assessing each request, gathering inputs, and assigning to appropriate creative owners.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and lead-times (SLAs) adhered to across all creative projects.

You will work closely with finance and stakeholders to create, monitor, and manage budgets for creative projects. Your experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Workfront, and Airtable, will be essential in evaluating, implementing, and managing creative tools and technologies that enhance project management, asset organization, and overall productivity.

  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Develop reporting mechanisms to track project progress, resource utilization, and operational metrics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS include 5+ years of project management, resource management, and/or digital/eCommerce management experience, thorough understanding of creative and design workflows, familiarity in digital or eCommerce site merchandising, experience managing multiple projects and resources with competing priorities, and experience with project management tools including Asana, Workfront, and Airtable.
