We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Leader to manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of our shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all operational aspects of the shop, driving sales while controlling costs, and being a skilled people manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Ensure that excellent customer service is always provided by every member of your team.
- Team Management: Inspire, motivate, train, and energize your team to increase sales.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage stock control and maximize the shop's sales, payroll, waste, and reconciliation performance.
- Food Safety and Health and Safety: Ensure that the standards for food safety and health and safety are met consistently.
- Visual Presentation: Ensure that the visual presentation of the shop is in accordance with our brand image.
- Compliance: Be compliant with our company policies and operational guidelines.
Shifts and Hours
Shifts to be confirmed, but will be 40+ hours over 5 days, Monday to Sunday.
Requirements
- Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience with the skills and ability to drive and motivate performance of your staff.
- Shop Operations: A sound understanding of shop operations and standards for success.
- Flexibility: A flexible attitude to working hours.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- IT Knowledge: A basic and practical knowledge of IT.
- English and Maths: A good standard of English and Maths.
- Driving Licence: A valid driving licence.
