Job Title: Team Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic leader to join our Talking Therapies team as Team Manager in the Durham & Darlington TT service.

About the Role

As Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring it is well-led and providing support, supervision, and development for your team members. You will work closely with the Tees, Esk, and Wear Valley NHS Trust (TEWV) as a partner provider in the service, as well as other stakeholders and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to deliver high-quality talking therapies to individuals in the Bishop Auckland area.
  • Ensure KPIs are met and work collaboratively with other colleagues and teams to ensure a seamless flow of care for people using our services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the team, providing support, supervision, and development for team members.
