About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Reservoir Engineer Apprentice. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our raw water assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain raw water assets to achieve financial targets and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of assets, maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, investigating problems and identifying solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5 GCSEs grade A-C or 4-9, including English and mathematics.
  • Qualification at GCSE/level 2.
  • Full valid driving licence with no more than six points and own transport for the duration of the apprenticeship.
  • Previous experience of working in the outdoors and willingness to work in confined spaces.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
