About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Project Support Team as a Project Support Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support services to the Programme Management Office (PMO) team, including general administration and coordination of project progress.
  • Facilitate and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and delivery of project outcomes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all project enquiries, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams/Zoom.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of staff, service users, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet team needs.
  • Previous experience in a project support role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
