Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Project Support Team at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Duties of the Job

We are seeking an energetic and positive individual to fill this role, which requires attendance at Trust sites as and when required. This is a hybrid working pattern, with a mix of remote and on-site work.

The role involves providing a project and business support service to the Programme Management Office (PMO) team, coordinating a comprehensive support service to projects, and facilitating and monitoring project progress.

You will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams/Zoom. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with a wide range of staff, service users, and stakeholders.
