Quantity Surveyor Opportunity at Brandon James Ltd

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd, a leading multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy based in Liverpool. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our commercial and residential projects, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate projects
  • RICS accredited degree qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
