Job Summary

This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on building equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on all building systems.
  • Maintain good client/tenant liaison and report any issues to the site supervisor.
  • Support trades staff with daily tasks and activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, joinery, and mechanical systems.
  • Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £29,500 per annum, plus 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, overtime available, company sick pay, and flex benefits.
