About the Role

As a Primary Education Curriculum Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational landscape of our school's Reception phase. Your expertise in curriculum planning and implementation will enable you to develop innovative and engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teaching staff to design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
  2. Lesson Planning: Create and implement lesson plans that promote cross-curricular learning opportunities and foster a positive learning environment.
  3. Student Assessment: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure academic growth.
  4. Teacher Support: Provide guidance and support to teaching staff to enhance their teaching skills and stay updated with educational practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Requirements
  1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Reception teacher, ideally with experience in a leadership or phase lead role.
  3. Curriculum Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the primary education curriculum and current teaching methods.
