The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where both professional and personal development are highly valued. As an Early Years Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the EYFS phase and collaborating with teaching staff to develop effective teaching strategies and curriculum plans, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a strong sense of community within the phase and promote cross-curricular learning opportunities
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification, and proven experience as a Reception teacher, ideally with experience in a leadership or phase lead role. A strong understanding of the primary education curriculum and current teaching methods is essential, as is the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
