Assistant Branch Manager Role

As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient estate agency service to our customers. This includes leading by example, delegating tasks, and motivating your team to exceed performance targets and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office
  • Optimise opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence
