NFP, an Aon company (UK) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our Commercial Insurance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, including new business requests, retaining existing clients, and seeking cross-selling opportunities.
- Insurance Arrangements: Effectively arrange and secure the appropriate insurance cover for clients, achieving a high level of customer care at all times.
- Market Developments: Stay aware of market developments in your business areas and bring them to the attention of clients and colleagues where appropriate.
- Record Keeping: Input new business, amendments, and renewals onto the computer system, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team environment and offer referral at points of escalation.
- Accuracy and Efficiency: Maintain a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism at all times when dealing with all stakeholders.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication skills, planning, organizational, and time management skills, problem-solving skills, and computer literacy.
- Education and Experience: Cert CII minimum, preferably DIP CII progressing to the ACII qualification, and at least 4+ years general insurance experience.
- Competitive Salary: Salary is competitive depending on experience.
