As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to less experienced team members. Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a technical referral point within the commercial team
* Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members
* Benefit from exciting and ongoing personal and professional development programs
* Hold a good knowledge of cross-class commercial insurance classes with a number of years' experience and a positive approach
* A minimum of 4/5 years in a Commercial Insurance Broking environment

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary depending on experience
* 35 hours Monday – Friday
* 1 day working from home
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Pension Scheme, etc
