Job Overview:

Park Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Source and attract candidates through various online platforms and job boards.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and criteria.
  • Conduct telephone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend interviews, take notes, and provide feedback to the Recruitment Manager.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records, candidate information, and interview feedback.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a remote setting or across international markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (fluency in English is a must).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Ability to schedule and coordinate interviews effectively across different time zones.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders professionally.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining recruitment records and feedback.
