SENCO Position at Alton Community Playschool

We are seeking a qualified SENCO staff member to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SEN and experience in drafting SEN plans, funding applications, and working with core staff to support children with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting SEN plans and funding applications
  • Working with core staff to support children with SEND
  • Monitoring children with SEND alongside external professionals and agencies
  • Applying for EHCPs and drafting the SEND Policy

Requirements:

  • DBS clearance
  • Qualifications and experience in SEN
