BIM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our BIM Manager and working alongside an experienced BIM team.

About the Role

This vacancy is for a BIM Coordinator to work within a busy, design-focused Architectural practice that places a great emphasis on modern software and a commitment to BIM and its wider application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the BIM Manager in the development and implementation of BIM strategies and processes.
  • Work alongside the BIM team to deliver high-quality BIM projects.
  • Take projects through from concept stage to completion and handover.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of UK BIM standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years minimum live project experience in a BIM-specific role.
  • Experience taking projects through from concept stage to completion and handover.
  • A thorough understanding of UK BIM standards.
