Job Title: Lead RFIC Design Engineer

Empowering Seamless Connectivity for Satellite Communications On-the-Move

As a Lead RFIC Design Engineer at PHASOR, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance RFIC building blocks for next-generation satellite communications. Your expertise in deep sub-micron technologies and strong analytical approach will enable you to deliver innovative architectures and circuit implementations that meet the required performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RFIC building blocks such as PA, Phase Shifter, and Active VGA
  • Collaborate with the layout team to ensure IP floor-planning, trial layout design, parasitic extraction, and modifications meet the required constraints
  • Deliver high-quality RF/Analog blocks with leading-edge performance using innovative architectures and circuit implementations
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing high-performance Analog/RF circuits in deep sub-micron technology
  • Strong analytical approach with a clear track record of success and delivery
  • Good estimation of timescales for own projects and sub-tasks
  • Follow good engineering practices including processes, documentation, tools, and automation
