Fire and Alarm Engineering Position

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Alarm Engineer to ensure the safety and reliability of fire detection and alarm systems across various properties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Routine maintenance and servicing of fire alarms, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, and related safety equipment.
  • Detailed analysis and repair of fire detection and alarm systems to guarantee full operational capacity and adherence to safety requirements.
  • Precise reporting and documentation for all service, maintenance, and repair activities.
  • Clients' support and training regarding their fire safety systems.
  • Maintenance of awareness and adherence to relevant health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Fire Systems Technician. Maintenance Technician, Service Engineer, Alarm Installation and Field Service Engineer experience is also considered.
  • Relevant certifications and strong understanding of British fire safety standards and regulations would be beneficial.
  • Technical expertise in fire alarm systems with proficiency in diagnostics, installation, and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional interactions with clients and team members.
  • A valid driver's license (for field-based roles) and willingness to travel as required.
