Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one care to patients in the Aberdeen region, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Deliver effective and high-quality nursing care to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or prevent unnecessary admission.
- Build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and patient support networks.
- Accurately document all patient care and clinical observations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in the care of IV devices and administering IV therapies.
- Valid NMC pin number.
- Homecare experience is desirable.
We offer a competitive starting salary of £33,000 - £38,000, negotiable based on experience, as well as a company car or an extra £4,900 annually for a car allowance, and 33 days of holiday including bank holidays.
