Job Summary

As a key member of the Levi Strauss & Co. team, the Operations Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom and store floor. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and teamwork are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the efficient and accurate replenishment of stock on a daily basis.
  • Train and develop store associates in stock management best practices and company standards.
  • Ensure that products are displayed, assorted, and tagged effectively on the floor and in the stockroom.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide support to the shop floor team to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and team performance to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and scheduling.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inspire and motivate the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge development.
