We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant Billing and Collections Specialist to join our team at SteppingStones Recruitment. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing, managing collections, and maintaining the integrity of financial data.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, including billing and collections.
- Billing and Collections: Manage billing and collections processes, including accounts receivable and payable.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Assist with the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Financial Systems Management: Oversee the use of computerized accounting systems, including Blackbaud Financial Edge.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level II.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of accounting experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with computerized accounting systems.
This is a fantastic contract role that will give you the opportunity to work with a leading organization in the Cayman Islands and engage in meaningful, impactful work.
