Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams. As a Nurse at HC One, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You'll be part of a professional and supportive workforce that strives to deliver outstanding nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to our residents, advocating for their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our multi-professional teams to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Recognise and respond to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and know what to do if concerns arise.

Requirements
  • A valid Pin number and commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.
  • A passion for mentoring and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
