Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams. As a Nurse at HC One, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing person-centred care and support that's tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Support and mentor colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Advocate for our residents' rights and dignity, and promote a culture of kindness and respect.

Requirements
  • A valid NMC registration and a commitment to upholding the standards of practice set by the NMC.
  • Experience of working in a care home environment, with a focus on dementia care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
  • A passion for delivering person-centred care and a commitment to promoting the rights and dignity of our residents.
