Commercial Strategy and Operations Director

The Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead key strategic and efficiency projects across Europe and globally
  • Provide leading industry insights and work cross-functionally to enable our Trading team as experts on our entire trading and incentives cycle and processes
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to define and implement strategic guidelines and policies, change management initiatives, end-to-end system development, and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision making
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and Ads Platforms (e.g. Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.)
