Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Shoppers Drug Mart Windsor team, you will assist the Front Store Manager in managing the store's human, physical, and financial resources to achieve store objectives.


Key Accountabilities:
  1. Operations:
    1. Ensure Store Standards are maintained to optimize customer experience and drive store profitability.
    2. Work with the Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time.
    3. Assist with labour scheduling and leverage Work Force Management to maximize labour productivity.
    4. Ensure adequate staffing levels to effectively operate the business.
  2. Human Resources:
    1. Comply with Human Resources Standards.
    2. Assist with hiring in conjunction with the FSM; hire and/or support hiring for all departments, excluding Pharmacy.
    3. Maintain wage administration within SLPH guidelines.
    4. Drive Blue Culture, engagement, and lead and motivate staff through leading by our Core Values.
Requirements:
  1. Planning, Judgement and Decision Making.
  2. Planning and preparation for Inventory Management.

Experience:
  1. Previous retail management experience.

  6. Relationship builder with key internal and external agencies.
