Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. This role involves leading the operational and care delivery teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. You will be responsible for promoting the service through various marketing channels to increase client referrals.
  3. Experience in managing care plans and ensuring client safety is essential for this position.
  4. You will also be responsible for developing and retaining care staff, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support.
  5. A strong understanding of the Care Act and CIW Essential Standards is required for this role.
