About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through proactive marketing and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search for new business opportunities through proactive marketing and outreach
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain accurate and secure records of client personal details and ensure prompt and accurate collection of fees
  • Effectively deal with client enquiries and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Take ownership of client questions and concerns and ensure follow-up with clients to exceed their expectations
  • Be accountable for opening sales targets for assigned venues and achieving individual sales targets
  • Contribute to the highest sales performance level by generating new leads and opportunities through social media campaigns, web scrapes, and PPC
  • Ensure all targets, forecasts, and goals set for activity levels in each area are reached to achieve the required opening target
  • Support and work with marketing strategies, KPIs, and initiatives throughout the process
  • Pro-actively outreach, network, and generate new National Partners focusing on what is required per venue
  • Monitor and track personal sales results and activity levels on a regular daily basis
  • Be accountable for the correct completion of all bookings and liaise closely with all areas of administration
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role of Sales Executive or Contact Centre or Telesales
  • Extremely strong interpersonal abilities and someone who is approachable, with a genuine interest in wanting to help people and engaged to fulfil their individual needs
  • Great time management skills and with a self-starter attitude
  • A pro-active attitude and an understanding of the required activity levels needed to exceed sales targets
What You Will Love About the Role
  • Salary up to £25,000 plus commission taking your OTE to £23,000
