Key Responsibilities:
  • Child and Family Assessments: Oversee thorough assessments for new referrals, guaranteeing high-quality social work interventions.
  • Casework Management: Manage an average caseload of eight families, delivering outstanding support and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Care: Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care.
  • Registration with Social Work England: Be registered with Social Work England or have the ability to register prior to employment.
  • Relevant Experience: Possess relevant post-qualification experience in children and families social work within a statutory, voluntary, or independent sector organisation.
